We would like to inform you about the ticket refund procedure:
If an event is canceled or postponed, please send us the following information to refund@ticketstream.cz:
- ticket reference number,
- account number to which the amount should be refunded (Please provide your account number in case the admission cannot be refunded to the account from which the payment was made)
- email address used when placing the order
If the event has not been canceled or rescheduled, a refund is not possible. The rules for ticket refunds are the same for all companies that sell tickets and are based on the Civil Code. For the reason stated in Section 1837, letter j) of the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase of a ticket in accordance with § 1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal within 14 days without giving a reason), as in this case it is a contract for the use of free time and the performance (participation in the Event to which the ticket entitles) is provided on a specified date or time.
This is also in line with Ticketstream's terms and conditions (Complaints Procedure, point 12).
